'The Beatles - Magical Mystery Tour Memories' is an upbeat rockumentary film that features the enduring happy memories and fascinating stories of those who witnessed the making of the cult Beatles' film in the autumn of 1967. Also included are fabulous 'never before seen' home movies, taken by fans and onlookers, showing the Fab Four working on the location filming, and casually mixing with their fans.
The film contrasts the memories of their fans with some of the people who were involved in the making of the film, and has a cast that proudly includes..
Tony Barrow (Beatles Press Secretary), Frieda Kelly (Fan Club Secretary), Tony Bramwell (Beatles Road Manager), Mike McCartney of The Scaffold, and fellow 60's pop stars Spencer Davis and Neil Innes (Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band)
Miranda Ward (journalist) and Dame Peggy Spencer who choreographed The Beatles through their distinctive finale` "Your Mother Should Know"
The film is hosted and narrated by the wonderfully charismatic actor and great friend of John Lennon, Victor Spinetti, who featured in the first three Beatle films.
The DVD also includes some brilliant bonus extra's that feature more new stories from the fans and star cast.
The film is true to the original ideas of this project, and is a must for Beatle fans of all ages.
